CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. While we understand things happen, this directly affects our business, and deprives another client from being able to book that time. If you need to cancel or reschedule on a day we are closed, please email chateaublanclashandbeauty@gmail.com to reach someone 24/7.

We reserve the right to charge last minute cancelations/no shows/reschedules 100% of the service price or a $35 fee (whichever is greater) before being able to make another appointment.
